SIG-PW CLEAN!

Signature wash services help clean homes and businesses. We make concrete, wood, stone, bricks, and vinyl look beautiful again.

Our Approach

Pre-Treatment

Pressure washing is like giving your house and driveway a really good bath. Before we start, we check everything out to make sure it’s safe. We look for dirt, mold, and stains on the outside of the house, driveway, and sidewalks and spray on a pre-cleaning solution. This is called pre-treatment, and it helps us get the best clean possible.

Signature Wash

Once everything is ready, it’s time for the treatment! We use a special machine that sprays out high speed water. This machine washes away dirt, mud, and other unwanted stuff from surfaces. It’s like washing your hands but way more powerful! The water pressure hits the dirt and washes it away, making everything look nice and clean.

Post-Treatment

After pressure washing, we check to see how everything turned out and post-treat to make sure there are no spots left behind. With the dirt gone, your house and driveway look well taken care of. It’s great to see the results and know that everything is fresh and clean!

FAQ

  • Soft washing and pressure washing are two ways to clean outdoor surfaces, but they use different techniques. Soft washing uses low pressure and special cleaning solutions to safely remove dirt, algae, and stains from things like roofs and siding without damaging them. On the other hand, pressure washing uses high pressure to blast away dirt and grime from hard surfaces like driveways and patios. While both methods are effective, it's important to choose the right one for each surface to keep everything looking nice and new.

  • Pressure washing costs can vary because different surfaces need different care. For example, washing a driveway made of concrete is usually cheaper than cleaning a wooden deck. This is because concrete can handle stronger water pressure, while wood needs a gentler touch to avoid damage. Additionally, some surfaces may have more dirt or stains that take extra time and effort to clean. The type of equipment needed for different surfaces can also affect the price. So, when you think about getting something pressure washed, remember that the surface type plays an important role in how much it will cost.

  • Pressure washed surfaces can stay clean for a few weeks to several months, depending on a few factors. If the area gets a lot of dirt, leaves, or rain, it might get dirty faster. Surfaces that are higher up, like walls, may stay clean longer than ones on the ground, like patios or driveways, because they don't get as much dirt splashed up onto them. Regularly cleaning and taking care of the area can help keep it looking nice. It's also a good idea to keep plants and trees trimmed back, so they don’t drop leaves or debris on the cleaned surfaces.
